Shaw, Lott Nab Million Dollar Club Honors from Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors

Pair of CRE veterans among top producers in office landlord category after banner year that sees firm’s total leasing volume eclipse $160 million


ATLANTA – (March 28, 2022) Bridge Commercial Real Estate, a commercial brokerage subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group, announced today that CEO Jeff Shaw and Managing Director of National Leasing Kevin Lott have been named as members of the 2022 Million Dollar Club by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Shaw (No. 6) and Lott (No. 7) both landed in the annual top ten rankings for the office landlord category, a prestigious list that reflects annual leasing volume. 2021 was a strong year not only for Bridge Commercial Real Estate, but overall in commercial real estate in Atlanta with a record of $47.6 billion in combined production.

The pair of real estate veterans are no strangers to one of the most prestigious awards in Atlanta’s brokerage community, with Shaw now a 16 year member of the Million Dollar Club and a Phoenix Award Recipient, while Lott made the list for the 14th time. The efforts of both men fueled a record-breaking year for Bridge’s national office portfolio as the firm surpassed $160 million in total leasing volume in 2021.

Shaw and Lott combined for $114 million in total leasing volume across Metro Atlanta in 2021.

Bridge recently launched Abridge, a new flexible-term office program that meets growing market demand for businesses who seek move-in ready office space without having to sacrifice their individual brand and workspace. The first phase is underway with a total of 158,000 square feet at six Class-A properties across the country, including 1277 Lenox Park and The Dupree in Atlanta, Georgia; Flagler Station in Miami, Florida; Makers Point in Reston, Virginia; Tower 1320 in Irving, Texas; and West End Office Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additional phases are under design with a target to deliver approximately one million square feet of inventory across Bridge’s national office portfolio.


ACBR’s Million Dollar Club was founded in 1959 with twelve original charter members. A banquet honoring this year’s winners was held in Atlanta on March 17.
