Jeff Shaw may become Atlanta’s new burger king. That is if a major fast-food chain signs its HQ to his Central Perimeter building. Sources tell us that Jeff’s new company Bridge Commercial Real Estate is in talks with Krystal to lease nearly 30k SF at 1455 Lincoln Pkwy, a 182k SF building in Central Perimeter.
