Three Atlanta commercial real estate veterans are forming a new investment and services firm. Jeff Shaw, Kevin Oats and John Ward announced on Monday they have launched Bridge Commercial Real Estate, an Atlanta-based company that will buy and manage properties and provide leasing services.
