Bridge Purchases Two-Building, 238,175 SF Brookfield Corporate Center in Greenville, S.C.

Atlanta-based Bridge Capital Partners has acquired Brookfield Corporate Center with Bridge’s proprietary capital together with equity partner Bridge Investment Group Partners, managers of the ROC funds. Garrison Investment Group, a New York-based institutional investor, was the seller of the two Class A office buildings, which are located along Brookfield Parkway adjacent I-385 in the suburban office market of Greenville, S.C.
