Bridge Acquires 412,520 SF Bayview Corporate Center in Fort Lauderdale

Atlanta-based Bridge Capital Partners has acquired Bayview Corporate Center, a Class A, 412,520-square-foot office tower in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $55.7 million with Bridge’s proprietary capital together with equity partner Bridge Investment Group Partners, managers of the ROC funds.
